The scale makes simple comparisons unreliable. This is not one continuous hall, but a campus of large buildings and infrastructure. Even so, the figure is far beyond the industrial complexes used as everyday references.
A campus like this needs internal roads, substations, process water, chemical treatment, logistics, security, housing and services for thousands of workers. The industrial perimeter produces its own city even if the project continues to call itself a factory.

When its water, mobility, energy and taxation change life beyond the site. Terafab will be architecture only in part; the rest will be industrial territory managed for decades.
