OMA is hiring architects and designers for its New York office. The intermediate role lists an annual range of $83,000–105,000; the senior role, $105,000–140,000.
The number is not enough to judge the offer. It must be compared with required experience, hours, visa status, benefits, responsibility and an especially expensive housing market.
Even so, publishing a range improves the applicant's position. It shows whether an opportunity matches their level before they prepare a portfolio, interviews and tests.
THEA's jobs section is not intended as a pile of links. It should show how a practice values work, which capacities it seeks and what the profession can learn by comparing markets.

Does a high salary in dollars automatically make this a good offer?
No. It must be weighed against living costs, real hours, stability and learning. Transparency does not decide for the applicant, but it lets them negotiate and reject with better information.
